Just had a message on one of my items, and as i normally do i dived straight in to help
To my surprise, the problem was down to the theme (probably the most popular one on TF) did not have support for basic post thumbnails!!
Luckily i could just add add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’ ); to the function file and my customer is all set, but i must admit i was surprised to see a missing ‘set featured image’ box when i logged in

Yep a lot of popular themes still don’t have this because they were released before wordpress supported thumbnails – and the authors never got around to adding this. I think one of mine might still not support thumbnails, haven’t checked.
