Hi, I just came up with an idea that I would like to start a series on my blog with file reviews, so whats the deal? You give me your item for reviewing only and I post a review of your file on my blog and also I link to your item so you get some potential buyers :) Anyone ready to join? :)

What are the requirements, I would like it to be AS3 :)

So basically we say “can you review file X” and then you write a review on your blog? :o Sounds like there’s no downside!

As I’m unsure if linking to specific files is allowed on the forums in this case, I’ll just ‘grand you permission’ to review any file in my portfolio you want instead ;)

Or did I missunderstand?

EDIT : Oh wait, you’ll need to have the source as well I guess..? Are we even allowed to distribute files we sell on here ourselves (even if they’re distributed free)? I didn’t think so.. I guess exclusive authors can’t participate? ;)

Yeah I will need the source but I guess it is not again the Envato law because you are not resealing the item elsewhere plus I will you the source only for reviewing purposes :)

P.S You understood me right ;)

This sounds a little odd. Source files are saint things. You cannot give them for free just like that. :P
I mean.. some don’t sell things here because they don’t want to share the sources… giving them for review is more than that :)

If giving full source code for review is unacceptable you could suggest allowing a few representative samples in text only format (no FLA ) to be given so you can comment on the coding style without actually having a compilable application.

Lol, ok I never thought it would be such a great deal I will review your files from a distance :D

OK so I don’t need the full source I just want the nice pieces of code that you like the most ;)
