Thinking of drawing lines with pencil on screen monitor so I can see progress bar status, since envato cannot make freaking %
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH I swear that’s the only method worth using! Having a 26’’+ screen does help (more room for new lines)
I always force-shut down chrome and all tabs once every few weeks. 6 hours later, I’ve got 15+ tabs full of “must read content” that I never get to read up to the next force clear. It’s not that I don’t focus, just that I feel like I’m absorbing the content by simply leaving them open

I’m sure it could use another refresh.

I always catch myself dragging random blue boxes out on my desktop. In Windows, on the desktop if you just click somewhere and drag you’ll get the blue selection box. Randomly I’ll realize that I’ve spent a few minutes trying to eye out perfect squares.
Another really stupid thing I just started doing is permanently deleting everything off my desktop. Just switched to a 128gb SSD , and realized immediately after that it was way too small. Now I have to be very careful to delete any garbage I’ve got laying around. And I’ll usually just permanently delete things instead of sending them into the bin (shift+del). Problem is, 3 times now, I’ve accidentally selected everything on my desktop before the delete.

Exactly the same thing here. LOL If by some chance something is inside the recycle bin, I just can’t get back to work before emptying it.

I wouldn’t call that stupid. In my case, I have to remove unnecessary files because everything is in Dropbox, which has a limit. Constantly checking which files aren’t needed anymore automatically keeps me sharp about which files are where, which files aren’t necessary, how much space I’ve got left, etc. A very productive and folder-size-efficient job IMO .

When I have and idea I draw it with my finger in the air. Then I realize that I’m in the underground and people are staring at me.

Another stupid thing I do while I’m walking is having controlled the vanishing points of the view of the street.
