FTP space upgrade

So I’ve just gotten the two FTP disks closely enough in sync that I can switch off the FTP server and do the final sync up with no problems.

I’ll start this in a couple of minutes.

And we’re all done with much more FTP space.

Can anyone who thinks some of their files may have gone missing, or have any problem importing them, reply back against this thread?

That goes for photo FTP users as well as regular FTP upload too.

I do not know how much this case have with this thread but this problems appears two days ago.

BUT this files do not appear in my portfolio. Actually, I have 6 files approved for sale but only 5 appears in my portfolio (all files without this motion graphics). File is also visible when I logged in my account under Edit-> Portfolio)

I contacted support yesterday (ticked ID: 168397) but there is no word about it yet. OK, patience is needed, but maybe problem can be solved here.

i have a similar problem, i have 4 products accepted, when i choose one, in the bottom under “more items by:” i realized that my “Your Limits Trailer” is missing, can you check my portfolio and after select one of the products to see what is about? thank you

I think I found a solution. After editing file description text everything seams back to the normal and file finally appear on my portfolio page and in the motion background category at Videohive.

So, maybe, this experience for someone can be useful

I think I had photos lost before. I uploaded over 1000 images during august/september, and have about 300 images accepted. I got couple of hundreds rejection notices, but still I have no idea where some of hundreds of my images ended up. I don’t keep rejection notices, but don’t remember getting 700 of them. Hmm… maybe I’m on denial… But I’m still happy that my accepted images sell well. :))
