No, I can certainly create one, but if there’s several in already then it just clogs the Support system. I figure we may as well work of an existing ticket :)

but KingDog you should have some direct communication line with the staff, like some secret red phone. :)

This is all marketplaces bug, why a support ticket is even needed ? Nobody at envato hq is checking home page ?

I have the direct line, but I prefer to let a Support team member call so that the Devs will yell at them for waking them up :)

This should be fixed now (although it may take a little while to appear on some marketplaces while the caches clear.)

Sorry! We just plain dropped the ball on this one. We were trying to fix another bug, and didn’t test the way we usually do. I’ve now added some automated tests around it to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
