freelance...music player

Looking for someone who can build a music player. I’ll need a few things.

1) Volume bar – Have shared object. If the user adjusts to volume bar and ever goes back, the volume bar will be where the left it.

2) Playlist – Have shared object. I will be playing radio streams from shoutcast. If the user picks “Smooth Jazz” and ever goes back, the playlist will be on what they choose previous “Smooth Jazz”.

3) Fade-in/Fade out – I want to be able to fade out the music player but calling something. So for example if I have a YouTube video that plays, I want to be able to have the music player fade out then fade back in once YouTube video is complete.

What would something like this cost?

I can purchase some .xml music player file on this market place to make your life a little easier. I would just need the things below added.
