Hi guys, today I would like to share something with you that has been very useful to me so far, a simple support form.
What can it do?
The form does two things:- it checks if the user has a valid purchase code
- if the purchase code entered by the user is valid, it submits an email with all the purchase details along with the message from the user to the author
Is it free?
Yes, and you can do whatever you want with it.Credits:
