Actually, that would be illegal. There are different recording and distribution licenses for different countries, which is why some songs are available in say, iTunes UK and not in another country’s version of iTunes.

Downloading for personal use and distributing to others are two very different concepts. It is not free to you, you must pay money for it, therefore obtaining it for free in any way is piracy.

Considering your from AJ you should be far more aware that this is very not legal.
If you cant buy from iTunes, get it from HMV .com or 7digital.com or amazon.com… they may work for you…

Problem? What me and scottwills pointed out are facts, we didn’t make the legal system nor the rules of copyright, we just pointed out that your interpretation of them was wrong. Do with that info what you will, it doesn’t change the facts.
This reminds me of one time being in line at a gas station and the lady in front of me had her credit card declined, and she went off on the gas station teller, because of course the minimum wage gas station teller decides who’s credit is good and bad for major credit institutions!
