Ok, had a play and the fonts and footer are looking much better
Any ideas of what to do to improve typography or footer would be awesome.
Hi,
use a high quality serif font for headings and sans-serif(has good readability) font for content and design four columns footer.
Ok had a play and is much tidier now
Hello friend,
If you have trouble with typography (like me) it’s safe to use Arial, or Tahoma. The fonts you use, especially the headings, are very blurry, it makes everything look unprofessional.
Something’s wrong with your logo, I see it above the social icons on top.
Some icons and graphics are blurry (like the zoom icon on hover), they need to be pixel perfect.
I don’t like the background, find a subtle one via SubtlePatterns or somewhere else.
You have some spacing and alignment issues. For instance, the info boxes in “Shortcodes” or the footer (make all items more compact and add lots of spacing).
All the best, Nikos
Hi thanks for your advice
I’ll keep tweaking, the background is just the default, it can be changed to a variety of textures or swapped out for any image by the user
Been working at this further, now also has icons etc and much improved post/page layout
any opinions would be awesome
