Folks, I Need Some Input

Ok i attempted my first theme but realised it was probably too boxy for TF so have been working toward my next attempt

here is a show of the direction im taking it, i would love to know what you think, is there anything that needs to be altered before I go too far?

I should say slider can be switched off and background is just the default setting I use

It’s nice. Continue. Personally i don’t like the typography ( Lobster ). Lobster it’s overused in my opinion.

Hita, the font is the current default, but the user has 13 choices fr headers and 12 further choices of font for the body

Looking at the image, my first thought was also ‘oh, lobster again..’

I have a live demo up – could anyone please share their thought on it with me?

Bad choice for heading fonts and use more white spaces.

lol its the default setting, but have changed it now (still to decide which one to use tbh)

ill tidy it up now and space things a little better

Ah.. my first thought at a glance, was that the sidebar styles (the lines below the headings) are confusing (because they are so similar to the content headings)

The footer.. maybe something that separates the headings from the content.. the Calendar for example and August.. are in the same font and it confuses my eyes..

and the footer seems crowded. the three little modules seem to be fighting for air..

Just my 2 cents..
