these sorts of cars are not available here and even if I import such a car then I will have to build roads myself for that car

yes narrow + not very good conditions. You can only think of very specific areas like some areas in capital Islamabad.

our roads here are bad too in South Africa, lots of pot holes and traffic! I recently bought a new car with low profile 18 inch rims with about 3 inches of tire so they get nailed by the pot holes quite badly!
