Hey Scott! Great competition for all in Envato community. I have a small question though. I`ve read that you give the prize through the PayPal. My country does not support receving money through PayPal, only Moneybookers is possible. Does that count too or not?

Hey Daniel! Check out DropBox. Amongst other things, you can use it to host large files and share links to the files you want to share with friends, family and… FlashDen competitions. I use it all the time and I thoroughly recommend it.
