I would like to know if there is a flash player capable to play the .m4p from itunes. This is the preview ( 30 sec. ) file not the full music file so it is not encrypted.

yap but you need .m4p (with aac) +but only if embedded in mp4.
Flash will play for you( FLV / H.264 encoded video including MP4 , M4V, M4A , MOV, Mp4v, F4V ) ........,any way just look at any of our top video player here you will find what you are looking for .(bitfade stuff is a safe play in most case 
so you can start there ).
if you are looking for mini mp3 player that play also MP….. as a type of sound i don’t think you will find one as i assume that what you where referring from start
