Hi there

I’ve just done a flash banner and it’s pixelating in Chrome – what are the fixes to get around the buggy pixelation in Google Chrome?

Any suggestions or links would be MUCH appreciated!

Seems like it only pixelates on a Mac (looks fine on windows), anyone else have a similar problem with flash on a Mac running Chrome

Hmm, maybe a pixelated banner is better than no banner… is there some sort of an issue with Chrome and their Flash player or was that only in the beta?

I don’t have Chrome loaded on my machine, I can see it fine in Firefox and Safari

It shows up fine on Browser shots (Chrome for Windows but no option to view Chrome on a Mac)

@MSFX and @MarkDijkstra can you view the link on any of your browsers?

The FAQ at Google says if it renders differently on Apple Safari to Chrome, then its a bug http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/webmasters-faq.html#renderie

Maybe I should report it as a bug, it’s my client who get’s a pixelated banner on his Mac with Chrome.

Just tell your client to reset zoom :)

Btw I’ll check that later tonight in Chrome on Mac, but I’m 99% sure that your client has zommed in or out by mistake.
