Hi, I’d like to get some feedback from the community here about a game I developed for my client.

Controls: Slimey ( The monster ) follows your mouse along the floor. Click to smash the ground and make the little guys fly in the air, then stand under them as they fall to catch swallow them. There are several types of people to munch on, some give you score, extra time, and speed you up, while others slow you down and reduce the timer.

This is the first version of the game, and I’m sure there’s alot of space for improvement, so feel free to express your thoughts about it.

Have fun!

Thanks! Did you find the controls difficult or unintuitive? Found any glaring bugs?

I like it a lot. Did not realize that some of the guys are “good” and the other “bad”. Also at some point was a bit the same. I wish there is something like levels or labyrinths or map or something like tracking progress or bars with my speed and time and … Did not notice them.. will play now again and will come back :))

really nice though.

additional edit: Ouch my wife mentioned that she doesn’t like this game because the big monster eats up innocent kids. So tell your client to put your monster in the water and to eat small fish. I think my wife is very right. Listen to her very seriously, she is the boss. :P

Haha, I’m glad she didn’t see the earlier version with screaming sounds! :D

Thanks for the feedback, I wanted to make the game one long level where gaining a certain score opens up a new area to the right.

The map idea also sounds very cool ( I love maps that show progress like the old games Sonic, Ghost and Goblins , Castlevania ).

I’ll write down your suggestions for future updates. If this one gets positive reactions I might be given a chance to develop a sort of sequel.

Majd, those guys saying it’s too difficult, even with a 90 sec timer just need to L2P :P

donchev, tell your wife those aren’t innocent little kids. They’re ruthless lawyers who defend rapists in court, zombies, scientists who develop bio weapons and grannies who pass the street slowly in front of your car while you’re already late for work. Besides, Slimey’s hungry, what else should he do. I mean, when we’re hungry, we eat cows and no one thinks that’s out of place :(

I like. My score went from a couple of hundred into the thousands when I realized you can eat them on the way up and don’t need to wait for them to fall back down :)
