Feedback for a Business Theme

I’ve created a theme named “Dextros”. It’s a Business Theme in HTML5 , but I can’t get it approved.

Hey there, I have a couple of suggestions. I used Themeforest to find themes to use for my company’s various websites, so I will make these suggestions as if I were considering yours for one of our sites:

First, overall its really nice, clean and somewhat sophisticated. I really like the color scheme. What I’m not fond of is:

I don’t like the You Are Here text. It doesn’t seem to serve a purpose and as a business theme, it seems a little like an small insult that some form of guidance.

Secondly, I don’t like the shadow effect under the links in the navigation when the crossed darker blue/grey color is behind it. Would consider removing that and maybe a more conservative/professional font option.

And lastly, I don’t understand what the top spacing with the house, lock and sprocket are supposed to be used for. Is it just aesthetics with three link icons? Or will it be animated?

In addition, I think you have one of the nicest contact form pages I’ve seen… Oh, and maybe consider the possibility of adding columns to the homepage. For one of my business sites, I like to list a collection of news articles on the homepage rather than large single posts as you currently have.
