Hey guys… I cannot find a way to see the extended license price tag for my own files. Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks. John

Hey John,

Extended licences must be enabled by the author.

You can do this at:

My Account > My Settings > Item Licences

There you can check Extended Licence, save, done.

Best regards. ;)

It’s because you can’t purchase your own files so the option does not display. :)

Log out and then view your item page if you want to see the price or just test it out. As long as you’re opted in, the Extended License option will appear to all customers. I just tested one of your files and everything is being displayed correctly. But I know that any way as you just tweeted that you made an Exclusive License sale, congratulations! :-D

Very true, thanks Scott… ;) Concerning the matter at hand, when I log out and go to one of my files I only see the regular price and then it says I need to sign up or sign in to purchase, what am I missing?

Thanks John

Not missing anything – customers cannot make purchases until they sign up first. :)

So then I mis-understood your statement…

Log out and then view your item page if you want to see the price or just test it out.

So really I’d need to sign up with a separate (fake) account to see what the extended prices were for my files?

Are there any plans on making that info available to the author? I mean, we can already see the regular price of our files, why not the extended as well? :( waaaah

Thanks Scott!

So, in other words, with a little familiarity with the formulas and some quick math I can figure it out on the fly.

;)

Thanks Scott. John

The easiest way is to check out someone else’s portfolio while signed in. Least amount of work ever. Their pricing for their tracks will be the same as yours.

$8 Track becomes $32
$10 Track becomes $42
$13 Track becomes $57
$16 Track becomes $72
