Hey guys, this question is for all you old cats who bought racing boats with your extended license returns: What type/genre/style of your project gets used most often with an extended license?
I have an unusual portfolio (I think) and only 340 sales right now, is it normal that I do not have a single extended license purchase yet? If I want in on some of that big money lovin’, should I start making more mainstream TV oriented projects?

Good question,i have no EL yet too,and i wish to hear the answer to your question from VH experts
This month I sold one extended licence. So I’ve sold three times the extended licence, this year.
Incredible! I feel like a kid at a theme park right now. I woke up this morning and as usual the first thing I do is F5 on VH (while still in bed) and lo and behold: 2 extended license sales! Very glad to see that my projects are worthy of this type of consideration
What an incredible boost for morale in such a tough month!
wow andre! congrats. i belive that my projects are not enough good to have extended licrnse.i have 434 sales and 0 EL. it must be so exciting to wake up push f5 and see at least 1 EL. i will die without that feeling i guess.
Nonsense jvirgos. You will sell many of these, I guarantee! Your projects are great and I really like them
Just a matter of time as I’ve seen in my case. Patience, consistency and reach seam to be king of this castle.
well maybe its just s matter of time. well, first time it happens if it does , you will be the first to know it
I’ve only sold one EL and have 719 sales… but I’m happy with it haha!!
You’re pretty lucky, guys. Got about 720 sales and no EL so far. But I think my portfolio is not really EL-friendly…
The only question I have is to thread starter Andrenavarre: how would you answer your first question since you have 2 EL sales.
