Can i submit the songs that i have up on here to record labels for possible signing and if do get signed…take down the track here?

You can and you are even encouraged to keep your songs on SoundCloud (with watermark). That brings promotion to you and to the entire community. You can join AudioJungle group on SoundCloud and you can also join a group on Facebook, where we share opinions about tracks, software and everything related to AudioJungle.
