Hey guys,Just a reminder that if you’re part of the Elite club, you should have gotten an email from Envato Support (from me) with details on the Price Adjustment Tool and how to change your prices. If you didn’t get the email, double check your spam and make sure that your account details list your active, correct email address.
We’ve not let authors reduce prices beneath their base price (the price prior to any changes) to prevent price wars and undercutting (although it would be interesting to see what happened!) it may introduce too much instability.
Regarding instant changes to prices, that may come when we build the price change feature into the marketplace app. At the moment though we are making the changes manually – so doing it instantly would be a logistical nightmare!
Hope all you lucky Elite authors are enjoying this! April (our new awesome Envato office admin person) and I have been putting together the care packs for authors who have crossed $125,000 in sales – they’re gonna be so cool!
