Email when items sold?

Hey guys just wondering if there was an option to be emailed when an item is sold. I have not seen this anywhere but I could be overlooking it.

I don’t think this can be done. They want us addicted to continually checking back at the website!

There was just a thread on an iPhone app called tabvn though that will notify you. I haven’t used it myself.

The app I downloaded here for Android alerts you to new items sold. Prob similar to the above post.

I use aEnvato app although it doesn’t seem to be immediate.

I attended a meet up with Envato staff in Feb this year and had a chat with Collis and others. I mentioned to Collis that I had used other production media sites, he took note of my feedback and one thing I mentioned which I liked about other sites was that I could choose to receive email notifications for sales.

It seems like an easy feature to be added that’s why I was wondering why it wasn’t one. That’s the one thing authors want to be notified of the most.
