OK !!! i found the “bug”.....

Each month i request All earnings available at … But this month i did 2 withdrawal requests, 1 with $XXX to paypal and 1 with $YYY to payoneer.

when i read the email of confirmation (the one we receive each month), i can read : Your request to withdraw all earnings up until the end of …

So, like i did not asked ALL EARNINGS but 2 different amounts, i think the system cannot generate this email.

What do you think ?

About the “bug”, I did the same, I requested 2 withdrawals. Maybe that’s why I haven’t received the email that my earnings has been calculated
