Hey all,
I just had two buyers who bought my latest game but got a download link to some other package instead. It shows on their comment that they bought the game, but one of the them says he got documents only, and the other says he got some wordpress theme instead!
I tried downloading the package myself and I got all the files correctly.
Anyone know about such a problem?

Last night I found another bug at envato marketplaces, but I cat’t find “report a bug” form anywhere. How can I report it? At support.envato.com… there is no category for report a bug. Any form for that?

Make sure that you send a support ticket about that issue so they can look into it. If there’s a problem we definitely want to head it off before it affects other users.

Selecting ‘General Inquiry’ will be sufficient to report a bug, I’d think.
