if you upload it, usually you had to wait 4 days until the track has been reviewed and then either rejected or approved. But at the moment you have to wait up to 10 days, because there are many tracks waiting in the queue. But it should be shorter in the future, because they hire a new reviewer.
So for the moment we all have to be a but patient thre is a track of mine with 7 days and it looks like there are 3-4 more days to wait…
