Hi guys..
I am just documenting up my first wordpress theme for themeforest and was wondering, should i submit my html file which is already being sold on here?
Ive noticed a couple of people have done this but what is the pros and cons of doing this?

In passing one more question: It is obligatory to impose in HTML5 or still it is possible to use HTML4 ? Whether there are any main requirements for subjects under WordPress and templates for a site? If is give please the reference.
