Hello everyone,
Probably late to the party, but a friend just let me know about DigitalOcean.
Has anyone used them? I am thinking of trying them out.
Thoughts/experiences? Thanks!

Coming from a shared host (THIS*), not needing that raw power for a/v encoding (where linode is better I see), I’m really looking forward to getting setup with DO on a LEMP stack. Oh, and I’ll probably get rid of S3

And that means… what?
With 1GB Memory, 1 Core, 30GB SSD Disk and 2TB Transfer i think $0.015/hr is something fairly economical. I have gone through with the pricing plans offered by Digital Ocean and it looks to be a nice and considerable option for hosting your site onto the cloud server. I didn’t find as many review on the web but the service looks pretty good. You can try it on!
I have a couple of websites and i have choose Rackspace as my hosting partner because they earned their place to be called as one of the best player in the cloud market. You can look around for some other options like; Firehost, etc….
