How can I upload different versions of my track? I mean 60 second, 30 second versions ?

Simply include them in the zip with the main file and in the preview.

And to add to this, be sure to list all the versions in your item description as well. For example:
1. Main Track – 2:00
2. Edit 1 – 0:60
3. Edit 2 – 0:30
Something along those lines or you’ll get a soft-rejection.
