I have made a few covers during my days… Im wondering what and/or if there are any rules for uploading covers of already made songs (with new productions)?

Anyone knows the rules for this?

depends what you’re covering – I’ve released tracks like excerpts from scott joplin’s ragtime which the reviewers allowed – the guy did die 100 years ago, so his music is in the public domain. if the music isn’t in public dormain, you’d have to get permission from them/their label first.

Yes of course, if the song is public domain, it’s allowed naturally. Sorry, forgive me for assuming that you were referring to more contemporary covers of copyrighted music. :)
