May be it’s a well-known information, but since they don’t have it in corresponding knowledgebase-page, I’ll post it here.

- You can use an asterisk (shift+8) before and after some word instead of strong-tag (bold text).
- You can use the underscore (shift plus -) before and after some word for italicizing words.
- Use the “commercial at” (shift+2) before and after some word, and you’ll get some small text.
- Using asterisk (first in the new line) + space (before word) + some word (following text should be on the next line) will give you
  • unordered
  • list.

Your text after the list appears with indent (you see it right here), and I don’t know yet how to fix it. So may be it’s not a good substitute for normal html list-tags :)
All this things also work in items description.

ooo, cool. I remember they used to have a document with all these shortcuts when you reply to a post but it’s just HTML now… I can’t remember what the name of all the shortcuts is but it’s like a schema, kinda like Less for CSS ?

When I saw this thread earlier I went to check the support Wiki, but I couldn’t find any documentation on this either :( I wasn’t aware of any other than the asterisk and underscore – nice to see that there’s more to explore :)

The old wiki used to convey more info than current ones. It seems the new knowledge base pages lost some muscles in the process of losing fat. So it gives a pleasure of discovering the mysterious things with individual efforts! Even some license details not getting updated after changes.

Edit: :zipped:
