I sent 4 or 5 different messages to support center over the last month (mainly about copyright violation), and I still have not received any feedback ;[ I have received responses confirming the receipt only… What happens ?? Maybe our awesome agents gone to winter sleep? Quite impossible, because in Australia it is spring now …
Oh and another complaint… Links to status of ticket are not working… Here is an example:

Sorry to hear of your frustration. The best way to report a copyright violation (outside of the Envato marketplace) is to submit it on the form here:
I don’t believe you’ll receive any response from reporting a website on that form.
Of course, if you have a concern about a copyright violation on the Envato marketplace, then you’ll want to open a ticket with support:
And if you’re having trouble getting a response, be sure to check your spam folder. It won’t hurt to also send a quick tweet to the Envato support staff twitter account with your ticket ID number:
