Client Problem

I recevied this message from one of my buyers here on graphicriver:

“Hello.. I purchased some of your template When opening it My language start changing in photoshop and indesign to italian and My Arabic Language become corrupted. can you help how to convert please. Thank you”

Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this problem? I sincerely never had such a problem with other buyers, so i don’t know what can i do to help him fixing this issue.. Thanks for the attention.

You could ask him what exactly is corrupted. Is it Adobe’s arabic translation, or just font. And what happens when he change the font face and type in his own text.
