Client needs online quiz similar to Envato's author quiz

I just used the Born WP theme for a client’s church site now they want to add an online Bible study course(s) where the student can do the exam online. It will be similar to the author quiz for the marketplaces on Envato where there’ll be a dozen or so questions that would be instantly auto-corrected in the same way.

My Googles found a few plug-ins as well as software but I’m throwing it out to anyone who has more knowledge and can recommend how best to achieve this.

Thank you. Serves the function, though I would have preferred all questions on one page like the author quiz. Will keep looking but it’s an affordable alternative.
