I played Age of Empires 1 a couple months ago, it’s ancient but still rocks and it works on Win7×64. One of the best strategy games EVER and it’s virtually free :)

I used to play AoE II a lot, I think it’s a good idea to play it now, thanks :)

Classic, fun, exciting, very complex just in case :D
I also play Pump it up PC , to improve my coordination .. its very funny & good music .

I think I am into strategies like Heroes of Might and Magic since I’d like to have a beer in my left hand :) The problem is that I have already finished all the Heroes games.

Well the Heroes series is my favorite too. I miss the old Heroes 3 from New World Computing, even with 2D graphics only, we did have countless hours of fun with it. Did not know why I cannot get the same feeling with the same title Ubisoft is making in 3D now. If you love that style, search for some good turn-based strategy games.

‘Countless’ is too short to describe how long we were playing it, it looks now like centuries were spent in Erathia :) These games were too epic to be satisfied with Heroes 4
