(Locked) Changing Price ?

Just wanted to know how can an author request for a Price change ?

Hi, I’m pretty sure that you cant, the price is decided by Envato.

You need to contact support for that. Then they will decide if your file’s price needs to change or not.

if your sales are strong them there may be a possiblity but its very rare. |You need to contact support and they will review your case

It’s easy I wanted to change price twice and they approved it. Just contact support and tell them exactly why do you think they should change price, and there should not be a problem.

So, $1 is obviously not a proper price.

The links you show are priced higher likely because they have more than one icon in the set. $1 for 1 icon in your case seems fair.

I’d wait till you have at least 5 sales before asking for a change. I do notice envato often update their prices on things that do well – my best AJ track got upgraded from about $5 to $10 dollars once they noticed it had a good sales record.

Also, while your item is good, it isn’t very Web 2.0 in design, which is the major sell point these days, so it’s hard to say if it will become a hot seller. Give it a couple of days first to see how it does.

But I agree with you that the rss icons maybe should be $1 instead of 2$.
