The Envato Account Center is now live! You can read more about the changes over on Envato Notes.
While we expect this to be a smooth transition, we are aware that there may be some issues. If you are having any difficulty, please check this original post. We will summarise any issues reported and indicate the ones that we are working on and those that have been resolved.
If you don’t believe your issue has been reported to us, please let us know what’s happening.
Obviously, if you can’t log in you won’t be able to post so please Open a Ticket. Make sure you select the ‘Envato Account’ option on the form because we will be keeping a close eye on these.
Please explain as clearly as you can the issue you are having and what you were trying to do when the problem occurred (we’d love it if you could include URLs, screenshots and step by step explanations too!).

This is great! makes sense and works well for me!
I had a problem with a buyer saying he made a purchase but not showing up in my account. Just in case anyone else has the same, here is the response from envato staff:
There was a bit of downtime during the changeover to SSO, so it’s possible that his purchase didn’t go through correctly if it occurred during that time. As contrastblack said, he should open a support ticket at http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
