What’s up guys and gals

It’s coobek here – I decided to change my username because I wanted to expand my profile with more further online projects and promote my music outside marketplace.

The Support Team successfully updated my username (thanks!) but I observed one strange thing on my profile page – there are “0 AudioJungle Items” instead of 16… When I open my portfolio page, everything’s ok. So this issue concerns only the main profile page.

Have you ever experienced something like that? I already contacted the support team.

To keep you updated, the support team just got me informed that some of the summaries of my items were still cached under my old username. Now everything is fixed, so if you had an issue like me – contacting the support team is the only and best option :)
