Hi everybody, a simple question for you:
What should I do to change the thumbnail of an already uploaded file?
- Author had a File in an Envato Bundle
- Sold between 10 000 and 50 000 dollars
- Has been a member for 1-2 years
- Attended a Community Meetup
- Author was Featured
- Contributed a Blog Post
- Exclusive Author
- Grew a moustache for the Envato Movember competition
- Bought between 10 and 49 items
Go to your item’s edit tab, scroll down to “Update Item and Tags” section, hit “choose file” button and upload your thumbnail. Make sure you select in the drop-down menu once it’s uploaded. Then scroll down and click the “submit files for review button.” Thumbnails actually don’t go through the review process. They get updated immediately. Hope this helped. So if I get it right, I don’t have to reupload every files (mp3 preview and zip) but just the thumbnail? That would be totally amazing, even if I have more than 100 items…I could finally make them categorized!
