Hello, I would like to submit a support for an outdated not working item which should have been deleted here to get a refund.
Unfortunately when I submit the ticket I somehow keep entering wrong captcha (doesn’t matter how many times I tried). You guys do realize that google reCaptcha is much harder than envato captcha right ? yet I never encounter such a difficulty with google reCaptcha.
So, is there a workaround to submit a ticket ?

For security. Yeah, it can be too difficult sometimes.

I experienced the same problem “CAPTCHA phrase does not match.” I’m trying to install a plugin I just bought Wordpress 360º Image Slider, but the Zip is corrupt. So frustrating. Can anyone help? Or do you know who I can reach out to for help?

If the zip file seems corrupt please re-download it using a different web browser (eg: Google Chrome instead of Firefox or something). Download managers may corrupt zip files downloaded from here, just use normal download.
Please also try using a different program to unzip the file, eg: winzip, winrar, or the free 7-zip program from 7-zip.org
