It’s now four days one of my files still in the reviewing process. Shown only… “Temporarily held by the review team”. What’s wrong with my item ! !! Any idea ?

Don’t worry. My logos were held for 4 days as well, one of them got approved while the other one was rejected. I just emailed the reviewer and asked kindly what the hold up was and how I can avoid going through the same process next when uploading.

Well, it usually takes them 24 hours to get back at you… that’s if you kindly write to them. Generally after that, depending on the reviewer many times they will provide me with a draw over of what they think should be tweaked in order to fix it. I also ask them if it’s not worth my time to edit the files and to do something different. That way you know you are not wasting your time and the reviewers time.

Just be nice and make sure to compliment the reviewer. Also, if you have any concerns regarding the original rejection, be sure to bring that up as well.

Main thing is, be nice, compliment the reviewer and let them know you appreciate their feedback.

there is always a next time. work on your quality and you will get to it.

I guess my answer was that my items were approved. Out of the 4 that were held for review 1 of them was not approved. They want me to tweak the illustration a bit more, which I am in the process of doing.
