You can cancel it by clicking the Cancel button on “Pending Withdrawal” box in Withdrawal section, before the end of the month. Now the last month was over, so if you want to cancel the withdrawal of last month then I guess you should contact Support.

Thanks, i did it. And they are answered it’s possible. Today i will try to contact with Paypal and send them electricity bills. If they remove the restriction then its fine. if not, then just proceed with this.
