VF saidSo If I will have one account with exclusive items and another account with non-exclusive items, it won’t be considered like “gaming” with the system? Is it legal? Thank you.
There are good reasons for having 2 accounts. To have both exclusive and and non-exclusive items that’s the only way here. Also there is an another case where it may need. If an author want to opt-in Extended License for one marketplace and opt-out on other (Envato) marketplaces, the staff’s suggestion as of now is to have 2 different accounts.
So there is a possibility of 4 recommended accounts in case you need this way:
1. Exclusive + Extended
hehe, anyone interested?
2. Exclusive + without Extended
3. Non Exclusive + Extended
4. Non Exclusive + without Extended
Of course its legal.

There are even more possibilities with people teaming up to create items on single account. It increases even more when a single person might be coding or designing with more than one person.
