My current computer desktop i built in about 2008, its on its last legs and i dont plan on upgrading any components in it.
Its been a while since i last kept up to date with hardware/computers/laptops…etc So i thought id come here and try and get some advise if possible
Firstly i think this time around id be more willing to get a laptop instead of a desktop, yes i know you cant upgrade a laptop like a desktop and all that but id like the portability! and being able to take it with me!
Id be using it for Gaming(WoW mostly i guess) and Web Design/Graphics.
Are Apples really THAT good? i know everyone seems to say theyre very good for design work, but ive never really used one.
what are alienwares like? i have always like the look of them, but just dont know
any help be much appreciated !
I don’t know about Mac but about laptops, the only reason I’d prefer a laptop over desktop (or rather forced to) is portability and nothing else. So if you need something to carry around, buy laptop. (Though they are not that lightweight to carry all day.) If that’s not the case, I always recommend a desktop. Desktops are cheaper and provide the best way to work for me. You could always buy external Keyboard & Mouse for the laptop but hey, if you use a laptop as a desktop like that, what’s the point of having a laptop in the first place
Id like the portability as well hence why i thinking more of getting a laptop but you are right desktops can be built more cheaper
If you buy Apple, you’ll most certain never ever buy anything else again. Ever!:) Good luck!:)
Plus with APPLE you get to create shorter less keyword rich titles
my MBP has been flawless, nearly had it 3 years now and I really work it hard…
Everyone keeps telling me Apple, But i dare say if i was to get a apple laptop id regret it later on?
Since you said you want to play wow on it do yourself a favor and dont get a laptop.
Decent gaming laptops are expensive as hell and dont get close to way cheaper desktop builds. The same goes for macbooks, they are awesome to work with, but playing games on them – no thanks.
