This is a sneak preview of my new premium theme. Just would love to know what You’re thinking about it, and maybe You got a solution for a little blemish: if You click on the footer links so the footer drives out and then click again so it drives in and so on, You will sometimes notice the scroll bar appearing shortly during drive out / in animation. This comes, because I use a sticky footer (http://ryanfait.com/sticky-footer/) but need to hide the lower area, so it finally comes to pure computer / browser power if the scroll bar appears or not. Any suggestions?

Hi

Is very nice idea but IMHO need some polishing and fixing.

1. However I did not notice described by you behavior but by me (Firefox 5 for Vista) I observe that sometimes click in footer menu link cause moves of the header (small twitch).
So you must check your JS scripting also in this respect.

This is pretty much not about the javascript. The javascript only changes a little bit the css, but the main css and structure because of the sticky footer forbids me to make the footer overflow the area f.e. what would be much prettier and more neat concerning this little jump effect.

Could You point out what exactly You would polish and fix apart from this?

Best regards, indiapart.

Hi, I dont know exactly how work your JS. I only report that by me sometimes (not every time) when I click footer link during ejection of footer panel header moves out about the whole 10-20px to the left and com back. (Firefox5 Windows Vista) My first guess was that maybe this is related to JS but I can be wrong. And only that I had in mind when writing about “polishing”.
