Envato posted a message that they are looking for a new reviewer and I want to apply but at the end of the message I saw that only those who have paid subscriptions of Freelanceswitch can enter. I already have a paid subscription for Tutsplus. Is there any other way I can apply?

First you should take a look at which site it´s regarding, then I suggest you contact the Sitemanager for it. I think that´s the easiest way.
