I believe this was introduced quite a while ago when they introduced the captions for Elite authors under their avatars and there was an update to the badges section as they reduced the amount displayed (you have to click to show all) and therefore gave the option of deciding what shows immediately.

Super awesome features like this are available here! But we can’t enable/disable extended license across different marketplaces!
Even Photoshop’s Adobe Exchange panel (with just ~130 items) has amazon style rating display. Here we have the same old basic one for 6th year!
