I’m just starting back at work after having our baby, and it’s time to check our envato support tickets. ouch! I currently have 317 outstanding support tickets.

About half of these are “in progress” where the user has replied to my original answer, the other half are brand new and haven’t been read.
Fun times ahead.
So, what is the most number of outstanding support tickets you have had?
- Permission issues, don’t know how to apply CHMOD 777 - Missing stylesheet – don’t know that want upload zip inside the one that is downloaded from TF - Don’t know how to setup the demo data - Can I do something that isn’t showed in description or in theme? hahaha - Where I get updated version?
The list is big, but these are the mainly.

we don’t do any custom work or custom additions at all, even if they offer to pay. we refer users to “In order to do this custom adjustment please contact a web design agency, post a question on the ThemeForest forums or post a job request on Envatos job board here: http://jobs.freelanceswitch.com/".
That says come after the support questions …. “ho and we know it will take you only 5 minutes”.

They would get to the back of the que then, I guess..
When I worked in stmcan’s support forum we had about 30-50 daily. And those were not the usual installing issues, missing stylesheets, repeating questions – those were severe, mostly unique requests, bugs and desires that took a lot of time to complete. And we had to help with CSS modifications to a certain extend.

Had this one over December, and even though i posted I’m going on holiday and also sent auto responders the mails kept coming and I ended up with almost 400.
I sent out a batch email to say i’m back and if they still have problems they can email me but the response might be slower than usual for the next two weeks. Ended up getting replied by only about 40% of the batch saving me about 250 or so requests instantly.
I unfortunately did not have a slick step 2.
