Maybe a stupid question – I don’t know. But what is the meaning of follower “here”?

When I make a comparison to the followers on twitter or friends on facebook… there I see postings from people I follow. But I didn’t notice anything different here when I follow somebody.

Am I to blind or just don’t get the deeper meaning of it? Or is it just nice to have a hugh number of followers as a status symbol?

Thanks for explaining, Udo

When you follow someone on Audiojungle, you see the new items they posted recently when you log in (top right corner). It is true for all the different marketplaces. I guess this was designed more as a mean for customers to keep track of their favorite artists rather than a “social media”-like feature.

Aaahhh, thanks! :D I thought these authors in the corner are top authors or something like this. (Yes, top authors should stay in the corner and feel ashame!) lol

For old people like me there has to be written: THIS IS THE AREA WHERE THE AUTHORS YOU FOLLOW ARE SHOWN – IDIOT! :D haha
