AudioJungle Review Queues Delayed

Hi everyone!

Marketplace Review Manager here with a quick update regarding the state of AudioJungle’s review queues. As you’ve likely noticed, the queues have been rather slow going as of late and, during some periods, exceeding the stated 7 day review time.

Why is this happening?
A lot more work! There have been more authors submitting more and more awesome items and we have new authors joining every day!

What are we doing about it?

1. Hiring! We are currently training new reviewers who will soon be up and running at full speed. Thank you to everyone who submitted!
2. Improving efficiency with better processes, documentation and training. This is a slow going process that has been underway for awhile now but will show its effects early next year.

How can you help?
Being patient will go a long ways towards helping keep our workload clean and clear so we can focus on getting more reviewing done while we hire and train more staff. We know it’s frustrating that you may have to wait awhile longer and we’re working hard at getting the queues back to a very snappy turnaround time.

Great job opportunity! I would love to join the team of AudioJungle, I think with my 30 years of experience writing and producing music, I had fitted to perfection. Unfortunately I only know English writing. A real missed opportunity.

i am a new author and sent in 5 songs.I was waiting patiently wondering when i would get an answer.Thanks for this update. Though i think i made a mistake in my mp3’s that i sent – not the proper rate- what will happen?

Hello! Welcome to the AudioJungle

If you’ve made just a minor mistake like that – mp3 bitrate – and there’s nothing else wrong with your submission (for example, quality), your item will just get “soft-rejected”, which means you will only have to correct those minor mistakes you’ve made and then you can resubmit your file. I hope this helped you
