Hi, I am looking for some nice AS3 Game framework to develop 2D games for mobile and stuff. First stop is to re-write Dragon Balls (currently only for playbook) to increase the performance and ease further development, any suggestions?

Both flixel and flashpunk are usually used for this kind of games, but you can use them for almost any 2D game

Yep, you can change it (as you have the sourcecode). I usually prefer to develop the HUD in Flash an then use Flixel just for the game rendering engine.

I’m pretty much surprised nobody named Unity 3D. Did you already forget it will deploy soon in Flash?
