@FinalDestiny – great topic mate :)
I’m actually graphic designer. I have a fulltime job as senior designer. Here on TF I started to learn web design as well (almost a year) and getting better with every theme/template :) And I like it.

Things have been REALLY bad the last 2 years here in Greece, and are still going downhill, so I’m going full-time with this. If it weren’t for TF, I wouldn’t even make more than 2k Euros per year…

Hi all!

Well right now I´m still studying for my design degree (in Multimedia) so it´s not like a full time job, but I try to work on new items always I have a little free time.

I began in GR early this year, get accepted a couple of items and rejected a lot more, earn a bit of money but nothing significant so far. The good side is that my earnings here are more valuable than say in the US, but anyway a standard salary here is about $1k and I´m getting about $100 from GR this last months, so it´s far behind. I kind of like to work here but I´m not sure about becoming a full time author even when I get my degree and have more time for it, I´m really working in graphic design because i find it less time consuming but right now my interest is mostly on interactive design. Maybe if the numbers change, we´ll see.

That said, I could always use the extra money.

Going online is really the best way to go these days especially when we are plunged in this word of poverty. Great story man!

I only spend about three weeks in total on VH stuff every year and it serves as a nice extra source of income.

My main source of income is freelance work. However, a lot of that does come from VH so (what’s the opposite of a double edged sword?) that in brackets but a nice version. : )

I considered being an Author here, but to be honest, the money doesn’t seem worth the amount of time required to post anything unless you have a very good conversion rate. It makes sense if you are part of the top 2%, but it’s quite a gamble in my opinion.

No not for me, but it has help me get my new job which I have been at for the last 6 months, which pays really well compared to before. It has got me a number of freelance gigs but still not enough to live off, I think you can only really do it on certain market places.

I live in England so dollars don’t add up to a lot in pounds.
